Graduating the Program
A successful La Luma Academy student graduates the program grounded in their technical and service skills, and passionate and excited for their careers ahead. They are confident leaders who are able to show up on, ask for help and receive feedback. They are ready to launch into the world and achieve their personal and professional goals.
To graduate the program, all students must achieve the following by their expected graduation day.
75% average and successful completion of all coursework
1875 hours spent at La Luma Academy practicing, training and developing.
Salon Floor success, the ability to consistently and independently perform all hair services learned at La Luma Academy to the Guest’s desired result.
We stay in touch with our Alumni.
La Luma Academy offers an open door policy to all Alumni. We are available to them for career advice, reviewing feedback they’ve received or even a reminder of who they are and what they are capable of.
We want our Alumni to thrive in their careers and lives! We are available to them throughout their careers and offer ongoing support and coaching.
